NOTE: If you need emergency repair service, DO NOT use this online request form. Please contact the appropriate service provider directly to address life and property safety issues and minimize damages. Technical warranty matters can be resolved after resolution of emergency repairs. The following companies provide 24 hour emergency repair services:

Plumbing: Systems Plumbing – 303-487-7417 (then press ‘5’)

Heating or Air Conditioning: Air Mechanical – 303-994-0245

Please use this form for all of your Non-Emergency service requests – including both warranty and non-warranty requests. Requests made in writing by mail or fax also will be accepted. Verbal requests made by telephone will not be accepted.

General maintenance matters are the responsibility of the homeowner – please refer to your Home Buyer Guide for information regarding your home warranty, the scope of the warranty, and your general maintenance responsibilities. You may submit service requests regarding general maintenance matters, but they will not be considered to be warranty items.

Our Homeowner Service Department will contact you within three business days. You must provide the information marked by an asterisk (*). And any other information you can provide will help us respond more effectively.
