The Fun Part Journey with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods
The Fun Part Journey is designed to personalize your home and fit within an efficient timeline so that you can wrap up other home buying details. After you sign your purchase agreement, the Home Design Team and/or your Community Manager will be at your service for the days that follow. They will be your guides along the Fun Part Journey.
Once your personalization is complete, you will move on to the capable hands of the Construction Team. You will have several meetings with your construction team along the building process (pre-construction, pre-drywall, move-in, etc.). After constructing your home, they will orient you to your new home’s features and operations.
Your Community Manager will be a valuable point of contact throughout the entire building process, from the time you sign your contract to the time you are handed the keys to your new Lifefull® home.

Personalization Opportunities
Our “Fun Part” program allows you to enhance your home’s extensive included features. This personalization program contains dozens of the following items ready for your choosing: Appliances, Countertops, Lighting Fixtures, Paint Colors, Doors & Hardware, Flooring, Tile, Trim, Fireplace, Faucets, Fixtures, HVAC, Water Heater, Electrical Outlets, and more.
To Customize: modify according to individual or personal specifications.
To be as efficient as possible in delivering your new lifestyle, we do not offer “Custom” changes. This policy allows us to deliver your home in a timely fashion with our high building standards intact, and your expectations satisfied.
Non Personalizable
Our “Fun Part” program does not allow for the change, move, removal, or addition of: Walls, Windows, Exterior (color, material, details), Landscaping (number or type of plantings/ground cover/irrigation systems), Cabinet Layouts/Location, and fixtures/finishes/brands outside the Fun Part Program.
