Do you have homes available for move-in?
How long does it take to build a Boulder Creek home?
We usually have a few homes available. You can find them at the top of this page, or on our Quick Move In Page. Build times depends on the type of home and weather conditions, but typically they will take anywhere from 6-8 months from the time we start digging the foundation.
Do you have lock boxes on available homes?
In general, we do not. We would be happy to have a community manager meet you at any of our quick move-in homes to let you in and give you a tour of the home. Give us a call at 303-309-0088 to set that up.
Do I have to make an appointment or can I stop by anytime?
We prefer that you make an appointment. This will ensure that we have a community representative available to greet you, answer any questions, and give you a tour. With that said, you can find our hours one each neighborhood’s page. Please keep in mind that some neighborhoods are available by appointment only.
How can I register my buyer with you?
Registering with us is a great idea. We communicate neighborhood information such as event invitations and new home site releases via email. You have a few choices. You can share their name, phone number, and email address with us by calling 303-309-0088 or emailing us at [email protected]. Otherwise, bring them by a sales office and we can take down their info directly.
How much is my commission and when is my commission paid out?
Boulder Creek pays 3% of the home’s base price on homes that do not have a C/O at time of contract. Boulder Creek pays 3% of total home price on homes that do have a C/O at time of contract. Commission payments are made at time of closing.
