Two are at the drywall stage and ready for buyers to choose their custom finishes, and the remaining home — perfect for the single owner who appreciates efficiency without compromising quality — is being framed.

The Heritage at Vista Ridge

Situated on a ridge with sweeping mountain views, The Heritage at Vista Ridge features patio homes designed for
comfortable main-floor living. A kitchen, great room, study, dining room (per plan), master suite and laundry room are on the first floor, while the finished lower level contains a recreation room, bedrooms, a storage area and a bathroom.

“Our premium sites are going quickly,” says Dave Hildebrand, community sales manager, “and we’re down to our last 14 home sites.” There are five homes currently under construction. One home backs to the Vista Ridge golf course, which leaves only two sites featuring this prime location. “We’re also offering homes not directly on the golf course priced from $369,000 to $375,000,” Hildebrand says. Homes on either side of these models have sold and appraised in the $400s and one of them includes an elevator.

“We have a Somerset model, with mountain views from the office and deck, with five-inch hickory floors, granite
countertops and custom paint, that can be ready in 30 days for a new owner.” Hildebrand also says that, to complement the no-maintenance living, the next three homebuyers at The Heritage will enjoy twicemonthly maid service for an entire year.
