Boulder Creek Builders of Louisville will enter the Denver market with plans to build homes in the city’s Stapleton development, reports the Boulder County Business Report.
The company said it will build 15 patio homes in Stapleton after coming to an agreement with Stapleton’s master developer, Forest City Enterprises. Stapleton is the site of Denver’s former airport but redevelopment efforts have been under way since the opening of Denver International Airport in 1995.
Boulder Creek Builders said construction will begin next month, with the first model to open early next year. The selling price for the homes will be in the low $400,000s.
