This week’s warm days and blue skies were a welcome invitation to get out and take a hike or get on the bike and go visiting friends. Outside chores? If you live at The Cottages at Erie Village, you didn’t even give them a moment’s thought.

A two bedroom, two bath Newport with hardwood floors, granite tile countertops and upgraded carpet backs to the community park and is ready for immediate delivery, priced at $242,950. Two more Newport models, also backing to the park, are ready for the new owners to pick the finishes. The three-bedroom, three-bath Nantucket, the largest and most popular ranch plan, is available in several options.
One home, featuring birch hardwood floors, granite tile countertops, alder cabinets in the kitchen and custom twotone paint, is ready for immediate move-in. Backing onto the community park, this home is priced at $284,550.

Two more Nantucket models are scheduled for February and March completion, including the final detached home that will be available. Located on a premier lot, this home features a fully finished lower level, beautiful maple cabinets, a fireplace with tile surround in the Great Room, and twotone paint throughout.
