Boulder Creek Neighborhoods offers several neighborhoods with prices ranging from the mid $500s to over $1 million. The final price of your home may vary from the base price depending on floorplan and homesite selection, structural selections such as additional bedrooms, and Home Design selections which allow you to personalize the finishes in your home.
HOA fees vary greatly by neighborhood. Depending on the neighborhood, monthly HOA dues can vary from around $150 to over $350. These monthly dues may go up or down after the neighborhood is completely finished depending on the priorities of the HOA board, made up of neighborhood residents.
Model availability is dependent on the neighborhood in which you are interested. Most neighborhoods will have a model home available for viewing within a few months of the community being open for sale. Our model homes are open to the public during our business hours. However, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment. This will ensure that a Community Manager is available to you for your visit, and to answer any questions that you may have.
The build time for any home is dependent on several factors. Once a home is started (often determined by construction phasing and municipal permitting), the build time is influenced by the size of the home and the complexity of the floorplan. Often, our homes are completed within 4 – 8 months of construction start.
Our model homes are a great way to display the types of Home Design selections that are available to our customers. As a result, our model homes typically include upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring available through the Boulder Creek personalization process, and may even showcase designer touches not available for purchase. Our knowledgeable Community Managers would be happy to discuss the features of the home that are most important to you.
When you purchase one of our homes, the base price includes everything you would expect when moving into a new home. If the home you buy has not been started yet, you will be able to select your preferred flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint colors, fixtures, and other finishes from a variety of options, all at no extra cost. Our upgrade program is customer-led, which means that you can personalize your home to your tastes within your budget. If you prefer to buy a home that is already under construction, our professional design team will have personally selected the finishes for that home, and the cost of these finishes will be included in the base price.
