You’ll have the opportunity to select your preferred homesite and floorplan. This option offers the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to tailor your home to your lifestyle through structural and interior selections, with the help of our experienced team.

Once your selections are finalized, your home moves into the capable hands of the construction team. Throughout the six- to nine-month building process, you’ll stay informed with weekly check-ins from your community business manager and attend on-site meetings with the construction team—including pre-construction, pre-drywall, and move-in walkthroughs.

When construction is complete, our team will provide a thorough new home orientation, ensuring you’re familiar with all the features and operations of your home before you move in.

If you’re ready for a move soon, quick move-in homes are a perfect fit! These homes are already under construction, so your move-in timeframe can range from six months to move-in-ready.

Structural options—like the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the final floorplan—are already selected for most of these homes. When homes are about three to four months from completing construction, our professional design team finalizes the interior details to ensure a beautiful, cohesive home.
