We usually have a few quick move-in homes available. You can find them at the top of this page or on our Quick Move In Page. Build times depend on the type of home and weather conditions, but typically they will take anywhere from 6-8 months from the time we start digging the foundation.

In general, we do not. We would be happy to have a community manager meet you at any of our quick move-in homes to let you in and give you a tour of the home. Give us a call at 303-309-0088 to set that up.

With that said, you can find our hours on each neighborhood’s page. Please keep in mind that some neighborhoods are available by appointment only.

Registering with us is a key part of the process in receiving a commission payout when the home closes. We do not require that a realtor be present on the first visit with the client, but we do request that the client provide relevant realtor information during that visit. This helps us to establish procuring cause and is intended to avoid any future concerns around representation.

If you’d like to register directly, you can share their name, phone number, and email address with us by calling 303-309-0088 or emailing us at hello@livebouldercreek.com. Otherwise, bring them by a sales office and we can gather all necessary information at that time.

When you and your client find the right home with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, they will be presented with our builder purchase agreement. Note that Boulder Creek does not use the standard Colorado Contract to Buy and Sell Residential Real Estate Form. Each agent will be presented a Broker Commission Agreement to sign as a part of the builder contract that will include the specific terms for the applicable commission.

Boulder Creek pays a community-specific percentage of the home’s base price on homes that do not have a Certificate of Occupancy at time of contract. Boulder Creek pays a percentage of total home price on homes that do have a Certificate of Occupancy at time of contract. Commission payments are made at time of closing.
