Perhaps the most exciting announcement for the Boulder Creek fan is the brand new community in Erie, Brennan by the Lake . Located at the corner of 119th and Erie Parkway, Brennan by the Lake is one of Boulder Creek’s most highly anticipated neighborhoods. Sinkey’s team recently held an informational open house, gathering feedback on floorplans and design features from more than 60 interested and potential homebuyers. Patio home sales at Brennan are expected to begin this spring, with models following later this summer. “The notion of low-maintenance living resonates with folks all over Colorado,” said Sinkey. Boulder Creek is offering both townhomes and ranch patio homes at The Lakes at Centerra in Loveland, as well as patio homes in Stapleton in Denver. A recent addition to the lineup includes the Encore series, smaller paired ranch homes, staring from just under $300,000 in Thornton and Aurora.
